Big blow to the common man, after LPG-CNG now electricity prices increased

Jabalpur: The electricity companies of Madhya Pradesh are constantly increasing the burden on those consumers who pay electricity bills regularly. With effect from January 1, 2023, prices were increased in the name of fuel cost adjustment. Now you will have to pay an additional 34 paise per unit.  In Madhya Pradesh, the customer only buys electricity but the power companies collect money from them in dozens of types of surcharges. Every time the price of electricity is fixed on the actual production cost, even then electricity is made expensive every 3 months in the name of fuel cost adjustment.

In the last one year, an additional 37 paise per unit has been increased. Power company officials say that the Indian government did not extract coal from the mines. That is why foreign coal has to be bought. It is expensive, so fuel cost adjustments have to be imposed.

That's a strange system of power companies. Company officials say that the public will have to understand their compulsion, but they are not ready to understand the compulsion of the public. If you do not pay the bill, the connection will be cut. If you are unable to pay the bill, you will humiliate society and take away the television fridge cooler from the house. Let us tell you that earlier the prices of CNG and LPG were increased, now it can prove to be a big setback for the common man.
