In Telugu Season 5 of Bigg Boss, the captaincy contenders are asked to carry a sack of thermocol balls and have to lower the balls of their competitors, Sriram Chandra and Sunny, Manas and task manager Jaswant amongst themselves. A heated argument can be seen. Meanwhile, fans on social media are busy supporting their favorite contestants. While some are supporting Sriram Chandra over the aggression of Sunny and Manas, others are sympathizing with Jaswant as well.
In the recent episode, Manas took an edge over the others in the sixth challenge to become the last captaincy contender of the week. Siri, Shanmukh, Sriram Chandra, Ani, Sunny and Manas are the contenders for this week's captaincy. This week there was an emotional nomination task where the contestants got letters from their respective families. But some had to give up their letters and be nominated for expulsion. Six contestants including Lobo, Siri, Manas, Ravi, Shanmukh and Sriram Chandra were nominated for the week.
