MUMBAI: Subuhii Joshii, an actress, may now be seen in the reality programme "Bigg Buzz," which also stars actor Krushna Abhishek and actress Kashmera Shah. 

The actress talked about how she first tried on a fully desi look by donning a sari with her head covered and a red bindi for her role in the show as Bimla, a housemaid from Bihar.

She said: "I have a crush on Bimla, who in the show plays Krushna Abhishek's housekeeper. I've never played a role like this before, and on this show, we make decisions about new characters fairly quickly. I, therefore, had just one night to prepare and watched numerous YouTube videos to learn the Bhojpuri language." The actress, who was most recently seen in "Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai," talked about how she prepared for the part and how she became her character.

"One of my friends from Bihar who is from India helped me as well. I was mentally practising up until the last shot, so it was quite nerve-wracking, but I'm glad everything went smoothly. The cast and crew have heaped accolades on me as well. By being able to put on this kind of performance, I even astonished myself." On Voot, "Bigg Buzz" is streaming.
