Patna: The water level of the Kosi river in Bihar has started rising gradually and with this, the problem of erosion is once again being seen in front of the people in Bhagalpur. All the people who have built their houses on the banks of the Kosi river, due to the erosion, their houses are climbing up the offerings of the river. People living on the banks of the Kosi from Kaharpur to Jahangirpur in The Navgachhia area of Bhagalpur have the same problem.  

In the last few days, the water level of the Kosi has been continuously increasing and due to this, hundreds of houses have been damaged. In such a situation, the houses which are settled on the banks of the river and there is a danger of erosion on them, the families have now started demolishing their own houses. In fact, these families fear that in the coming days, their house may also be submerged in the river and that is why they are breaking their houses themselves so that they can save some brick stones so that in the future they can make their Ashiana again from it.

The victims' families say that if they do not demolish their house, then their house will be submerged in the river and in such a situation, they themselves are trying to break their house and save some bricks and stones so that they can build their house again in the future. The victims' families say that if they delay in demolishing their houses, the Kosi river will engulf their house inside.
