Bengal: Insane violence again, now BJP's farmer leader killed

Kolkata: A four-member team of the Union Home Ministry (MHA) is investigating the violence in West Bengal. In Bengal, the killer game continues only after the results of the Assembly elections on May 2. Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bengal Pradesh unit president Dilip Ghosh has informed that 26-year-old Kishore Mandi has been killed by Trinamool Congress (TMC) goons. He was divisional secretary of BJP Kisan Morcha in the Binpur assembly constituency of Jhargram.

 

 

Even Muslims who support the BJP is not being spared. According to a video shared by journalist Vikas Bhadauria, BJP divisional vice president Sher Mohammad Khan has also been assaulted in Metiabruj Mandal 2. Khan, a resident of Ward No. 139, was attacked by a mob and abused. He was assaulted and tortured in public. Even his family has been assaulted.

 

 

More from our correspondent: "Violence is also being reported from Ghatal assembly constituency in West Midnapore district. The killing of BJP's Shakti Kendra chief Vishwajit Mahesh has been leveled against the goons of the TMC. The state BJP has also released photographs of the two dead workers in which both of them can be seen being killed very mercilessly. BJP worker, Rinku Naskar's house was also attacked in Jadavpur in Kolkata.
