Jaipur: Rajasthan has registered a rape case against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Pratap Bhil for the second time in 10 months. The victim approached the Superintendent of Police and accused the MLA of raping her several times in the name of giving her a job. The victim alleged that she was tricked into marriage several times.
 
In February 10 months ago, a woman had also filed a rape case against MLA at Sukher police station. The investigation of which is still going on in the CID. According to the case registered, a girl from Udaipur city appeared before the Superintendent of Police and said she had met MLA Pratap Bhil in search of employment. The MLA then assured to get a job and then he started getting calls from the MLA and then things started talking between the two.

The girl alleged that in March last year MLA came to her house and then sent her driver out and raped her in the name of getting a job. He took her to Jaipur several times under the pretext of marriage and raped her. The girl alleges that after a few days the MLA retracted from the marriage.
