Mumbai: Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's trouble seems to be increasing. In fact, the Bombay High Court has agreed to hear him in the disproportionate assets case. In fact, according to the information the hearing in this case will be on December 8. Let us tell you that apart from former CM Uddhav Thackeray, his wife Rashmi Thackeray and Aditya Thackeray have also been named in this petition. Yes, the petitioner has demanded a CBI and ED probe against the three.

What are the allegations against the Thackeray family?- Let us tell you that Mumbai resident Gauri Bhide's petition has alleged that the Shiv Sena supremo and his son Aditya and wife Rashmi have not disclosed any particular service, profession and business as their official source of income. However, still they have a property in Mumbai, Raigad district which could be in the billions. Apart from this, it was further alleged in this petition that Thackeray had collected money illegally.

Let us tell you that earlier during the hearing in this case, the Bombay High Court had distanced itself from the case. During that time, the bench had said that the matter would be placed before another appropriate bench. The petitioner had then urged the high court to direct the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to conduct a thorough and impartial probe against Thackeray, a former Maharashtra chief minister, and his family members.
