Noted actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra has been shocked by the court for making obscene videos. He has been remanded to 14 days of judicial custody. Raj Kundra was detained late at night by the Crime Branch of Mumbai on July 19. After which, on 20th July, the court sent him to 3 days of police custody. Then, on 23rd July, the court again handed over raj's custody to the police.

The crime branch has told the court that several important shreds of evidence have been recovered from Raj's house. Several electronic pieces of evidence have been recovered. A forensic expert was appointed in this regard. With the help of which the data is being recovered. Hard disks and mobiles have been recovered from Raj's house. 1.13 crore 64,886 from Apple when hotshots of criminals were being shown on iOS. The bank accounts in which the money was deposited have been recovered from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, and other bank accounts. Some absconding criminals are currently being searched.

Along with Raj Kundra, 11 more persons were also arrested in the case. It also included his IT head, Ryan Thorp. According to reports, Ryan was fully aware of raj's movies racket running. They all knew how the videos were moving from Mumbai to the UK. The same crime branch had also raided Shilpa and Raj's house on July 23. Shilpa Shetty was questioned at home for about six hours at that time. Since the arrest of Raj Kundra, new revelations are being made in the case day in and day out.
