Amritsar: Another conspiracy by Pakistan to terrorise Punjab has been foiled by the Border Security Force (BSF). In fact, the BSF has seized a large cache of weapons on the Indo-Pak border in Ferozepur. All these weapons were filled in a large bag and it is suspected that they have been sent through drones. Six empty magazines with three AK-47 rifles, five empty magazines with three mini AK-47 rifles and three pistols with six empty magazines were recovered.  

Along with this, 200 bullets have also been recovered from the spot. A case under the Arms Act has been registered against unidentified persons at the State Special Operations Cell in Fazilka on the complaint of BSF officials. According to the report, a search operation was conducted on the basis of inputs from the 136 battalions of BSF in the Ferozepur sector. During this time, BSF jawans saw a big bag near the zero line. When he was examined, a large number of weapons were found in it. The jawans informed the higher authorities about it. A search operation is being conducted in the entire area by taking possession of the weapons.  

Pakistan's purpose in sending a large number of arms consignments to Punjab on the border is to spoil the atmosphere. Terrorists sitting in Pakistan are looking for new routes to send weapons and drugs to Punjab. Drones and infiltration attempts have been made several times from across the border from Tarn Taran, Khemkaran, Amritsar, and Ajnala sectors. Now the Ferozepur border was used, but the promptness of the BSF jawans foiled the plans of Pakistan and its supported terrorists.
