Kolkata: With the address of Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar, the budget session of the Bengal Legislative Assembly started on Friday, ie on 7 February 2020. While ignoring all the apprehensions, the governor read the prepared speech of the state government without any alteration.

The Governor ended the confrontation with the government by reading the 16-page speech in exact order: It is also being said that by reading the speech in a correct manner, the Governor eliminated the possibility of any kind of confrontation with the government. At the same time, he had said that he will make some changes in the prepared speech of the state government. But nothing like this happened and he read the 16-page speech written by the government in almost an hour.

Condolences to those killed in the agitation against CAA: According to the information received, there was mourning for those who died in the protest movement of CAA in the address, then there was a clear stand of Trinamool Congress Mamata government against NRC and CAA.

The Governor's address was an expression of advanced law and order, all the schemes: where the achievements of the Mamta government and all the schemes were included, from the state to the advanced law and order, government-run schemes, on which the Governor expressed a different opinion a few days ago.
