New Delhi: On the horrific massacre in Ukraine's Bucha city, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar's big statement has come out. He said that no problem can be solved by shedding blood and killing innocent people. S Jaishankar has said that Russia and Ukraine should resolve this problem through dialogue and we will be happy if India mediates in it.

S Jaishankar said these things during the discussion in the Lok Sabha on the situation in Ukraine. He said that India is against any conflict. The problem cannot be solved by shedding blood and killing innocent people. In today's time any dispute can be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy. Condemning the killing of general public in Bucha city, he has spoken of an independent investigation. He said that we are taking only those decisions which are in our interest. In such a difficult situation, every country adopts such policies which give security to its people.

The External Affairs Minister further said that if India takes someone's side, it will be of peace. He said that Russia and Ukraine should talk. Jaishankar has told that the same message was given to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who was visiting India. If India can help in this, then we will be happy.
