Bhopal: A case has been registered against 40 people present on Friday in a mosque situated at Chaurai in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. They all gathered there for namaz. Despite the lockdown, all these people were together in one place. Chaurai's station in-charge said, 'They were all violating Section 144. He was reciting Namaz in Masjid. This case has been registered under the Pandemic Act and related sections. '

At the same time, there is a lockdown from 25 March to 14 April to prevent the infection of corona virus. Along with this, Section 144 is also applicable in many places. Its main purpose is to prevent many people from gathering in one place. Still people are not getting back from their antics.

Let us tell you that this section is implemented only when there is a possibility of some kind of danger from the crowd of people. After its implementation, five or more people in the area should not be present in one place. Those who violate this can be imprisoned for up to three years.
