Due to the lockdown and despite the imposition of Section 144, in the case of opening the medical shop, the Alot police registered a case under section 188 against Vikasgarh's director Dilip's father Radhesham Mali and Bharata medical director Bharata father Narayan Bairagi. This case has been registered by the police on the written application of Mouza Patwari Devji's father Nanji Chauhan.

In the report submitted to the police, Patwari has told that due to the lockdown, on 9 April, he went out on a trip with Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar and Kotwar Govardhan, Rakesh. Then the directors of the said medical shop were seen violating the rules. The police have registered a case on this. To prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, Section 144 has been implemented by the district administration in the entire district and has ordered total lockdown from April 8 to 12 at 11 am. During this period, a few select medical stores have been exempted.
