Shimla: In Himachal Pradesh on Sunday, more than 20 patients of Covid have been cured, while 11 new cases reported. Of the cured patients, eight Kangra, four Chamba, three each of Bilaspur-Una and two patients of Hamirpur have recovered. The new corona infected patients include four from Kangra, two each from Hamirpur and Chamba, 1-1-1 from Mandi, Bilaspur, Shimla. Apart from this, the report of a young man from Gagret of Una has come positive from Delhi.
According to the information received, so far more than 400 cases of corona have been reported in the state, out of which 191 patients are active. According to the health department, a young man returned from Gurgaon in Kaliada in Kangra district, another person returned to Dhaliara from Nakodar Punjab, middle-aged woman of Jaganoli in Fatehpur has been infected. The woman has no travel history. Panchrukhi's Majheranu has returned positive from Delhi. All four patients have been shifted to Baijnath. Meanwhile, in Hamirpur district, two people of sub-division Bhoranj have been infected. Among these were the people returned from Mumbai and Delhi. A young man from Ladbadol in Mandi district has been infected. The home quarantine young man landed at the Gagal Airport from Delhi.
Two more corona infected cases in Hamirpur district, some part of Ward 8 of Municipal Council Hamirpur and four Panchayats of Nadaun sub-division Ward containment zones have been reported. District Magistrate Harikesh Meena has issued orders in this regard. The relaxation in curfew has also been abolished in these areas. Under the Hamirpur subdivision, the Municipal Council was confirmed by the Health Department on behalf of the new city ward number-8 of Hamirpur and under the Nadaun sub-division, one case of corona-infected person was reported in village Bathru in Bhaderun, village panchayat.
