Lucknow: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a charge sheet in the alleged gang rape and murder in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, today. IO Seema Pahuja and CBI officer reached Hathras district court today. The CBI filed a charge sheet in this case in the SC / ST court. The CBI has filed a charge sheet on the basis of the last statement of the victim given on September 22 and left the decision on the court.
The victim of the Hathras incident was found in a badly injured condition on September 14 in her village farm. Later, she was admitted to the hospital in Aligarh and then to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. The victim accused 4 boys of her own village of gang-rape, after which the local police arrested everyone.
After the death of the girl, there was a lot of uproar in the whole country. During this time, Uttar Pradesh police had claimed on the basis of post mortem report that the victim was not gang-raped. After this statement of UP police, the court also reprimanded the UP police. In this case, the SIT was also formed by the Yogi government, which after the investigation has submitted the report to the government.
