The Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, has issued a warning to students about a bogus notification on a circular containing Class 10, 12, and board exam dates for 2022. The false circular, which contains the dates for the CBSE Board Exams in 2022, is doing the rounds on various social media platforms.

The Board examinations for Class 10 and 12 will begin on May 4, 2022, according to a fake notice dated January 24, 2022. From Match 1, 2022, till the end date of the same Class's theory test, schools will be able to perform Practical/ Project/ Internal Assessment of Class 12.

The fake notice further says that the date sheet for the Class 10, 12 Board exam would be released soon. From time to time, the CBSE shall update all stakeholders on examination-related information.  The CBSE, on the other hand, used its official Twitter account to certify that the message being disseminated is a hoax.

Meanwhile, the Board has yet to announce the exam dates for Term 2. Term 1 results are also yet to be announced by the Board. When the results and exam dates are posted, candidates will be able to access them on the CBSE's official website.
