Dehradun: Good news has come to the fore for the Char Dham Yatra who are constantly being interrupted due to bad weather. Now the weather has started clearing up on the Char Dham Yatra route. Due to this, there is tremendous enthusiasm among the passengers. According to the report, till 12 noon on Friday, 9247 devotees were sent from Sonprayag to Kedar Dham. At the same time, more than 10,000 devotees have left for Badrinath. 

According to the report of Uttarakhand Tourism Department, the pace of pilgrims has increased due to pleasant weather. According to the report, in the last 2 days there has been a lot of crowd of pilgrims in Kedar Nath and Badrinath Dham. There is so much enthusiasm among the passengers that people started queuing up at around 3 pm on Thursday afternoon to start the journey at 6 am on Friday. According to departmental officials, a total of 9247 passengers were sent from Son Prayag to Kedarnath Dham till 12 noon on Friday. Similarly, about 10,000 devotees visited Badrinath Dham.

According to Sector Magistrate Arun Rana posted for the Yatra in Sonprayag, the weather is being monitored continuously during the Char Dham Yatra. In view of the weather condition, the devotees are being sent ahead from different places. According to officials, about 6000 passengers were doing night stay on the way from Guptkashi to Gaurikund. At the same time, according to the officials of the Health Department, the health of 1795 passengers who left for Kedarnath from Sonprayag has been examined.
