Raipur: A tragic road accident has been reported in Chhattisgarh on Saturday. The cherry Khedi in Raipur succumbed to a bus accident filled with labourers. In the meantime, 7 passengers on the bus died on the spot. According to media reports, a bus filled with passengers collided with a truck this morning. The incident stirred up the area.
The case is from Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, where the road accident occurred this morning. According to the information received, a passenger bus collided with a truck in the Cherry Khedi area of Raipur. Both the vehicles collided fiercely that the collision created a loud noise. The local people tried to save the labourers present in the bus. The case was reported to the police. The police rescued the passengers by launching rescue operations on the spot. However, 7 labourers in the bus died on the spot. Several others were seriously injured, who were immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. The dead bodies have been sent for post mortem.
On the spot, Raipur SSP Ajay Yadav took stock of the incident. In the meantime, he briefed about the incident and said that a bus filled with labourers had left for Ganjam in Odisha, which was taking the labourers to Surat in Gujarat. The injured labourers are being treated.
