The Guangzhou Branch of the Central Bank of China has said that the bank will destroy all the paper notes issued in the market. The People's Bank of China has also issued an order to destroy all the paper notes circulated in the market. According to the central bank deputy governor Fan Yifei, the central bank has issued 600 billion yuan new notes all over China since January 17.
