Chiranjeevi is one of the most loved actors in the South Industry. The actor has given various blockbuster films.  His son Ram Charan is enjoying the success of 'RRR' . Ram Charan’s 'Naatu Naatu' song created history. It won some of the most prestigious awards in the entertainment industry. After winning the best original song award at the Golden globes it also won the Best song award for Naatu Naatu in Critics Award.

Chiranjeevi is a proud father to son Ram Charan. In a  chat show Chiranheevi spoke about his son and said he could have 'dominated him' but gave him a 'little leverage'.  Chiranjeevi shared that he was a little unsure about matching Ram Charan 's performance in Naatu Naatu. The South Star said, "After his performance in Naatu Naatu song in the RRR movie, I was a little unsure if I can stand beside him and match his performance.”

 Chiranjeevi also shared his experience. He further added, "He’s a youngster and is in full swing after RRR, but it’s okay, he gave some respect to his father. If he wished, he could have dominated me but he gave me a little leverage just because I am his dad." He further recalled the time when people threw eggs at him. He thanked the people who threw eggs at him and said, "I thank those who threw eggs at me. Incidents like this will not stop me."

Chiranjeevi was last seen in GodFather. It is an official Telugu remake of the Malayalam movie Lucifer, starring Mohanlal in the lead. Apart from Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan, the cast of the film includes Lady Superstar Nayanthara, director Puri Jagannadh and Satya Dev in significant roles, apart from others.
