New Delhi: A decisive hearing on the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute is going on in the Supreme Court. Friday is the 33rd day of hearing of this case and ASI report is being argued by the Muslim side in the Supreme Court. On Thursday, CJI Ranjan Gogoi said during the hearing that the hearing in this case should be completed by October 18, otherwise the chance of a decision coming soon may be less.
Earlier, during the hearing of the Ayodhya case in the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi was once again upset. He rebuked the Muslim side's lawyer Shekhar Nafade and said that 'the bus is not running according to schedule'. The CJI said that we will not make any kind of change in the deadline, all parties should complete their debate by October 18. During the hearing, CJI Gogoi asked the advocate of Muslim parties, Shekhar Nafade, by when will you complete your plea?
To this CJI Gogoi replied that I had asked for 2 hours, but it has been only 45 minutes. However, the CJI said that your argument was over. Meanwhile, Shekhar Nafade said that I should be given 30 more minutes to complete the debate, but the court did not listen to him. Now on Monday, according to the schedule, the arguments of the Hindu side will be heard.
