Bhopal: Corona infection in Madhya Pradesh is now decreasing. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a meeting of corona control yesterday. The meeting reportedly deliberated on the strategy to prevent the possible third wave of corona. In fact, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a meeting of the situation and arrangements in the state through video conferencing. In this meeting, the CM also sought suggestions from medical experts in view of the possibility of the third wave of corona and discussed the advance action plan with public cooperation for the treatment of the victims.

Let us also tell all of you that the core group ministers and officials attended the meeting through video conferencing. Meanwhile, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "Every citizen should be made aware to behave in corona friendly behaviour. It will be our endeavour that the third wave of corona infection did not come".

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also said, "Medical experts predict that the third wave of corona may come in the months of September, October. Therefore, full preparation for treatment should be maintained, action plan based on availability of beds in hospitals, self-reliance in oxygen supply, adequate availability of equipment and medicines and storage, increase in posts of doctors, paramedical staff etc".

In the meeting, medical experts said, "In the third wave, more children will suffer. There is no scientific basis for this estimate. The basis of this estimate is lack of vaccination among children and increased interaction when schools and colleges are started".

Shivraj Singh Chouhan's meeting said, "The number of beds of different categories currently available in government hospitals is being increased. The number of oxygen beds is being increased by 36 per cent. A capacity of 19,130 oxygen beds will be achieved by August 21, the number of oxygen beds in the children's ward will be increased by 120% to 2247 beds".
