Bihar:Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar, suspect his Jharkhand complement Raghubar Das of illegally taking away Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) MLAs after founding government.

Kumar said,"When Raghubar Das formed government; he took away JVM MLAs, which is immoral and illegal under anti-defection law,"

With the help of MLAs from Sudesh Mahto’s  AJSU,the BJP had formed the govt. BJP had 37 MLAs of its own already.

After six JVM MLAs combined BJP in February last year, the grouping is much more securely placed in the 81-member Assembly with 48 MLAs.

"Jharkhand will develop when Babulal Marandi becomes chief minister," Kumar said.
