Khargone: Addressing a public meeting in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "6.11 crore people have been administered covid-19 vaccine in the state till September 26. 86 per cent of the people have been given the first dose.'' At the same time, CM also said, "MP became the first state to administer a maximum number of the first dose of corona vaccine.''

Addressing the public meeting, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "There is still a shortage of funds but I have decided that no matter what happens, I will ensure that corona supplements are given to all. Even if I have to take a loan for the Jhiranya Irrigation Project, which has an estimated cost of Rs 1400 crore.''

He also said, "Some organisations had challenged Bharat Bandh on the issue of farmers. Former CM Digvijay Singh also staged a protest in the Karond area of Bhopal in support of farmers. Who fired at the farmers in Betul? I came to know that some Congressmen are pretending and sitting on dharna. Kamal Nath had eaten the entire state in 15 months. Diggi, when you were the Chief Minister, there was no electricity even for 2 hours.''

He also targeted Digvijay and said, "Digvijay Singh is sitting on protest for farmers and pretending. Who had roasted the farmers with bullets in Betul? There was no electricity.'' People used to shout 'As long as there is Diggi, there will be a burning box.' You have given darkness to the state, you have not given irrigation water, you have not given drinking water and you are pretending today. On the other hand, the Chief Minister has directed an inquiry against several officers on receipt of public complaints.
