The session is scheduled to run until 26 March. The budget session will begin with the Governor's speech. It is being said that the state budget for the year 2021-22 is going to be presented during the session. However, before all these, Collector of the capital Bhopal Avinash Lavania has made a big announcement.


He has stated in his declaration that in view of maintaining peace, law and order during the budget session of Vidhan Sabha in Bhopal, a prohibitory order has been issued under Section 144, to picket the places where Section 144 will be applicable. ' There is a tweet by him. In this tweet, it is written that in view of the assembly session, a restrictive order issued under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 will continue to be applicable in various areas from 6 am to 12 pm from 22 February to 26 March 2021.

If the information that comes to the fore is considered, then this order will be applicable in Roshanpura intersection. The old road in front of the new MLA rest house, from the Superintendent of Police office, will also be seen in the entire slum area of Sabban Square, Omnagar and Vallabh Nagar. It is being said that this order will not apply to employees and officers working on duty. It will also be mandatory to follow the instructions issued by the Central Government and the State Government regarding Corona during this time.
