Mumbai: Restrictions and discounts are not possible simultaneously. This is the saying of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. He has said that "If the corona chain is to be broken, then there is no alternative to lockdown". Now Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray says that a complete lockdown will be imposed in Maharashtra. According to reports, the lockdown can be either 8 days or 14 days. At the same meeting held on Saturday, no final decision was taken on the lockdown and the decision has been deferred for two days.

Let me tell you that on Saturday, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray convened an all-party meeting. During this meeting, the opinion of the leaders of all the parties was taken. Meanwhile, the opinion of experts was also taken. The meeting lasted for two-and-a-half hours from 5 pm and after the meeting, it was decided that the Chief Minister would consider everybody's opinion in the next two days and whether a complete lockdown in Maharashtra would be taken or not would be decided in these two days. Today, on Sunday, a meeting will be held with the task force of the state. During the meeting held on Saturday last, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said, 'It is necessary to give a little bitter dose to the public.

If Corona is to be controlled, then it is necessary to put a strong lockdown in Maharashtra for the next few days, after which one thing should be opened gradually. ' Apart from this, the Chief Minister has also said that the option of lockdown is necessary because there is a lot of pressure on health facilities. In such a situation, lockdown is the only way to see the examples of the world. The vaccine is also not a security bail, given the new strain of Corona. People are having corona even after taking both doses of the vaccine. There is a shortage of injections, a lack of ventilators and oxygenated beds. Many hospitals in the state have become full. Because of this, lockdown is the only option available.

At the meeting, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said, 'How should people who are daily wage laborers and who need to work daily to meet the daily needs of the people, who are small traders, such financially weak people'. On this, they will prepare a full detailed plan by Monday.
