One is a 42-year-old man from Kumbakonam who returned from the West Indies and another 49-year-old from Katpadi, who returned from Britain. Both had traveled from the Middle East. It was said that both are still stable and both have been kept in isolation. With this the total cases in the state have increased to 40. If two are cured, then one has died.
