The epidemic Corona has caught everyone. Now objectionable remarks were made against many people, including Uttar Pradesh government, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, describing migrants, bus issues and other matters as failed. Punjab and Haryana High Court have given a big relief to Haryana Congress leader Pankaj Punia, accused in the case.

The court further said that they have been given transit bails to 29 people, so that they can apply for bail in FIRs registered in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh in addition to Haryana. In his tweet, Punia had targeted UP CM Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh government and RSS leaders, although he deleted the tweet as the protest escalated. He also apologized on social media for this tweet. But in the meantime, cases were registered against Punia in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh for hurting religious sentiments.

Karnal police had arrested him, but the Karnal district court had granted him bail recently. Because the UP police was sitting outside the jail, Punia did not sign the bail bond and remained in jail. The Congress leader had filed a petition for bail in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court referred him to the High Court. In order to avoid arrest in other states, he pleaded to give the Transit Anticipatory Bail and Security in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
