At the time when it was being written, there was a lot of uproar in the Indian Parliament. This uproar was not happening on any bill or ordinance. All this was happening for the book, which determines the outline of our Republic. After the constitution was prepared, the Government of India decided to celebrate 26 November as Constitution Day. The Republic of the country was adopted on this day in the year 1949, later it came into force on 26 January 1950 and the day was celebrated as Republic Day.

Dr Ambedkar, the creator of the world's most detailed and most worded constitution, wanted to burn this constitution. He said in his address to the Rajya Sabha on 2 September 1953, "there is a fear of small communities and small people that the majority may harm them. The British Parliament works to suppress this fear. Sir, my friends tell me that I have made the constitution but I am fully prepared to say that I will be the first person to burn it. ''

Ambedkar said, "I don't need it. This is not good for anyone. But even if our people want to move forward with this, then we have to remember that on one side there is majority and on the other side there is minority. The majority cannot say that 'No, no, we cannot give importance to minorities because it will harm democracy'. I should say that it would be most harmful to harm minorities. ''
