Mumbai: 500 employees of Taj Group of Hotels in Ma Yanagri Mumbai were tested for corona virus, in which several employees have been found infected with corona virus. The officials have informed about it on Sunday. A IHCL spokesperson said, "Most of those who have been found to be infected had no symptoms of the disease." However, after the employees were found positive, they were all admitted to the hospital.

Along with this, other people who were in contact with them are immediately placed in quarantine as per WHO and government guidelines. The Taj Mahal Palace and Tower, opposite the Gateway of India, is currently not serving due to the lockdown. But some of the hotel workers are still staying there, because the hotel is still sheltering medical warriors and health workers in this hour of crisis.

IHCL opens its doors to Corona warriors and health workers, including five hotels in Mumbai, one each in Goa and Noida. In addition, the hotels in this group are providing quarantine facilities in some states, which have so far served food to nearly four lakh people, including medico, health workers and migrants.
