At the same time, the infection rate is under control in all other states and that is why Kerala, the state with only 3% of the country's population, has 34% active patients in the country. In fact, except for Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi, the number of active patients in any state is not more than 1,000. The number of daily deaths in 26 states remains nil.
