Lucknow: The covid-19 in Uttar Pradesh has once again gained momentum. The cases have increased at two times to the earlier speed. The active case has risen to 9195 on Tuesday. In the last 24 hours, 10 people have lost their lives in the state. In the last one week, the highest 1446 new patients were reported in a day on March 28. The death toll due to covid infection is also increasing.

In the wake of the Holi festival, a mere 64519 covid-19 samples were screened in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 918 new covid patients were found in the state and 10 people have lost their lives. A day earlier, there were 5 deaths in the state from the corona. On Tuesday, a total of 382 people were cured and discharged. Most of the 2919 active patients in corona active patients in the state are in Lucknow.

In the last 24 hours, 446 new covid infected were found in Lucknow, 4 people lost their lives with corona infection and 120 people were cured and discharged. The graph of new infected patients of covid-19 in other districts of the state is decreasing as compared to Lucknow. Ghaziabad received the highest 39 new cases. In Kanpur Nagar, 35 new cases have been reported and 2 people have lost their lives. 36 new cases were found in Prayagraj while 28 new corona patients were reported in Varanasi. 24 new patients have been found in Pratapgarh, 24 in Gorakhpur.
