In the last 24 hours, 1223 new cases of Covid have also come to the fore in the country, which is said to be less than the previous days. From which it is clear that the infection of Covid is under control in the country. With this, the total number of corona cases in the country has gone up to 16498. On May 12, 1580 people were infected with Covid in the country. Now it is clear from the latest figures that the new cases of Corona are declining. On the other hand, the total active cases are also decreasing. 

 

Talking about the states, the active cases of corona have reduced in most of the states as well. Only 239 cases of corona are left in Bihar. There are 483 active cases in Chhattisgarh, 399 in Delhi, 224 in Gujarat, 420 in Haryana, 356 in Karnataka. The states with the highest number of Covid cases include Kerala (4593), Maharashtra (1032), Odisha (3143), West Bengal (2111).
