Chennai: Corona cases continue to grow. There have been 4,328 new cases of coronavirus infection in Tamil Nadu on Monday. According to the information received, the number of infected people in the state has now increased. It increased to near the figure of 1.50 lakh. Meanwhile, news of 66 more people dying from this epidemic has also been revealed. After this news came out, the death toll has crossed the 2,000 mark.

Recently, the Health Department gave information about this. The department says that with the examination of 44,560 samples on Monday, about 16.50 lakh samples have been tested so far. According to it, 66 more deaths have occurred due to coronavirus, and after that 2,032 patients have died so far. In the new cases of death, the age of two men has been told about 30 years and the other 59 patients were also suffering from other diseases. A total of 1,42,798 cases of infection were reported in the state so far, out of which 78,573 cases have been reported in Chennai alone.

It is now being estimated that if more than 4,000 new cases continue to be reported every day, then in the coming few days the figure of infected can reach 1.50 lakh. According to the report, 3,035 patients have become infection-free on Monday and a total of 92,567 patients have been reported to be healthy in the state so far. At present, there are 48,196 patients under treatment. Apart from this, relief news among the increasing cases in Tamil Nadu is that the percentage of people recovering from the coronavirus is higher than the national rate.
