Lockdown was declared across the country to prevent the spread of covid-19 infection. In such a situation, too much trouble has to be raised to go from one district to another. Even after the process of unlocking is implemented in a phased manner, it is not easy to travel in Delhi-NCR in a smooth manner. Especially from Noida-Ghaziabad, a pass is required to come or go to Delhi. Now in the fourth phase of unlock (UNLOCK 4.0) it can be liberated. The local administration is preparing to abolish the pass system for movement. If this happens, it is expected to be very easy for the common people and the jobbers. Such people only need to show green status on the Arogya Setu app.

The local administration is going to take this step after the directive of the UP government, which has said to end all restrictions on movement of people and freight. However, it is not clear whether the movement of people during the weekend will be banned as before. With this decision of the UP government, thousands of people living in Delhi and other cities of NCR can get relief. Let us tell you that the fourth stage of unlock is going to be implemented from September 1. In this stage, there is a preparation to give many other concessions to the people.

People going to the capital from Ghaziabad and Noida will be exempted from pass and permits, but in return there is a plan to implement the new system. Such people will have to show green status on the Arogya Setu App installed on the mobile phone. Only after doing this, they will be allowed to move. During this time it will also be mandatory to follow social distancing. On the other hand, the travel permit system will also be scrapped. This will greatly ease the freight vehicles.
