New Delhi: A Delhi court will hear the bail plea of Aftab Amin Poonawalla, who killed Shraddha Walker in the Mehrauli area and chopped her body into 35 pieces. The Saket court will hear the case at 11 am today. Earlier, during the hearing held on December 17, the court had directed the police to produce Aftab through video conferencing.

During the hearing on December 17, Aftab had told the Delhi court that he had signed the affidavit, but was not aware that a bail application would be filed on his behalf. A lawyer named Avinash had filed a bail application for Aftab. Aftab appeared in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Vrinda Kumari through video-conferencing. Recently, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said that 5 crore cases are pending in the courts of the country, which makes it too late for the common man to get justice. Is there still a need for the Hon'ble Court to waste its valuable time on the bail pleas of convicts like Aftab?

According to the information revealed in the police investigation, Shraddha was killed on May 18. Aftab had crossed all the limits with his live-in partner Shraddha by cutting her into 35 pieces. After killing Shraddha, he cut the body into about 35 pieces and kept them in the fridge, and disposed of them in different places in Delhi for months. Not only this, but when Shraddha's body was lying in her fridge, she had brought another girl to the same flat. Since then, the police have been collecting Shraddha's remains from the forest, which were matched with the DNA of Shraddha's father Vikas Walker. In the report, the bones found from the forest of Mehrauli were found to be of Shraddha.

Aftab Poonawalla's polygraph test:

In the polygraph test, Aftab said that even if he is hanged for the murder of Shraddha, he will not regret it, because he will get Hurons in paradise. Aftab has also revealed that he had relationships with more than 20 Hindu girls during his relationship with Shraddha. According to media reports, the police officer has said that Aftab revealed that he used to search for Hindu girls on 'Bumble App', and make them his victims. Aftab said that after Shraddha's murder, he had brought a psychologist to his flat, who was also a Hindu. He had made this Hindu girl his victim by gifting her Shraddha's ring, along with this, he has also victimized many other Hindu girls in this way. Aftab has no regrets about killing Shraddha. He has no regrets about cutting Shraddha's body into pieces.

Who gave Aftab the knowledge of paradise and Huron?

However, the big question arises from Aftab's statement, what were his good deeds, which he is hoping for paradise? Could he attain paradise only by trapping Hindu girls and having relationships with them? Who would have given him the knowledge that by trapping Hindu girls, playing with their emotions and bodies, and killing them he can get paradise and God sitting there will give him Hurons to enjoy? After all, when crime is considered a virtue or a way to go to heaven, how will criminal activities stop?
