Three youths have got relief from Bombay High Court. All three famous social media apps were worried about the Ticketlock account being blocked. The High Court said in its decision that the cyber cell does not have any right to put a stop on Tiktok account of these youth.

After the court order last week, the ban on Tik-Tok account of Faisu, Hasnain and Shadan were lifted. The three youths were accused of making hate videos and uploading it on Tik-Tok. Following a complaint received in this regard, in July last year on the instructions of the cyber cell of the Mumbai Police, the Tik-Tok accounts of the three were blocked.

In this case, the cyber cell had argued that religious harmony can be spoiled by their videos. However, in August last year, the High Court granted anticipatory bail to all three. Despite this, the ban on his social media account was not removed. While directing the removal of the ban last week, the High Court said that the cyber cell does not have the authority to close the Tik-Tok account.
