New Delhi: Cyclone Amphan is becoming more powerful with time. The cyclonic storm has moved northwards at a speed of 9 km / h on Sunday (May 17). Now it is expected that a cyclonic storm is expected to take a formidable form during the next 06 hours.

Due to the cyclonic storm, heavy rain is expected in some areas of Ganjam, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, and Kendrapada districts of Odisha, while there may be light rain in other coastal areas on Monday.
