While Kafeel's remand has not been given to the NIA.
Nasir and Imran, suspected terrorists arrested from Hyderabad in the Darbhanga parcel blast case, are brothers among themselves. Both are originally residents of Uttar Pradesh and their father is a retired soldier. Earlier on July 2, the NIA court had granted seven days remand to the NIA. But in today's hearing, NIA has been granted eight days remand for questioning the duo.
NIA's lawyer Manoj Kumar said Imran Mallik and Nasir Khan have been remanded till July 16. He also revealed that Kafeel was remanded. But this time he will not be remanded. Since Salim is in poor health, he could not be remanded. Further action will now be taken after the two brothers are remanded.
