Lucknow: Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court can set the next date of hearing on 25 November in the case of alleged gang rape and death in Hathras, UP. The court has also asked the CBI to submit a status report on the next hearing. Now the CBI will submit the status report of the investigation on 25 November to the court. It has been told by the government that DM Hathras can be decided by the next hearing. He also said that due to the removal of Hathras SP, the funeral of the deceased is not done. According to the information received, the hearing of the Hathras scandal case was held for about two and a half hours on Monday in the Lucknow bench of the High Court. Home Department Secretary Tarun Gawa, ADG LO Prashant Kumar, then SP Vikrant Veer appeared in the court. The then SP Vikrant Bhim and DM Praveen Kumar presented the affidavit on behalf of the government.

Senior Advocate Siddharth Luthra, Advocate SP Raju, Advocate Jaideep Narayan Mathur and UP Government Advocate General VK Shahi argued on behalf of the criminal side. At the same time, Advocate Seema Kushwaha put her side for the victim side. The court has given a date of 25 November after hearing all the parties.

It has been learned that the High Court judge has also made harsh comments on media reporting and rhetoric. During the hearing, the mobile of the lawyers and all the parties involved in the court was deposited outside. According to the information, the ADG Law and Order, Home Secretary has made an appearance apology. These people will not appear in the court till the court's advance order.
