Mumbai: ED (Enforcement Directorate) has taken a big action on D company. Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's brother Iqbal Kaskar has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate. In fact, the Enforcement Directorate had filed a petition in the Thane court, in which it had sought the custody of Dawood's brother Iqbal Kaskar.

It was told that doing so is necessary for the investigation of the ongoing cases against Dawood and his aides. The same has now been accepted by the Thane court. Now Kaskar's custody has been taken from Thane jail. Now he will be presented in the PMLA court in Mumbai. From here the Enforcement Directorate officers will demand his custodial remand.

The same Kaskar is currently lodged in jail due to three cases registered in 2017. These cases are related to extortion. In this, MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act) has been imposed on Kaskar. Iqbal Kaskar along with his brother Dawood is accused of running the activities of the gang (D Company). It is being told that Kaskar is looking after the illegal business of D company in Mumbai.
