Srinagar: After abolishing most of the provisions of Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, a delegation of foreign diplomats will visit there this week to inspect the ground situation. However, in India, Russian diplomat Nikolay Kudashev will not join this delegation even after getting an invitation from the Government of India. According to the Indian government, a total of 25 diplomats present in Delhi will visit Kashmir this week.

It is noteworthy that a batch of diplomats including the US ambassador to India made their first visit to Kashmir last month. This time, representatives of many European Union countries will join this tour. At the same time, Russia's Ambassador Nikolay Kudashev says that he stands firmly with the decision of the Government of India to remove special state status from Jammu and Kashmir. He said last month that Moscow (the capital of Russia) has never doubted India's proposal for a valley.

He said that Russia does not feel the need to know what is going on in Kashmir because it is an internal matter of India and is related to the constitutional place of India. Kudashev had said, 'This is not an issue of our bilateral relations. Those who consider it an issue, those who are concerned about the situation in Kashmir, who are skeptical of Indian policy about Kashmir, can visit Kashmir. We never had any doubt. India had also invited Kudashev this time, which he rejected.
