Delegation of more than 30 ministers visits Jammu and Kashmir, submit report to PMO

New Delhi: Last month, more than 30 Union ministers visited Jammu and Kashmir. The main purpose of their visit to Kashmir was to collect information about the implementation of welfare schemes in the state. On Wednesday, all the ministers have submitted a report related to it to the Prime Minister's Office i.e. the PMO. Officials have given information in this regard on Wednesday.

It is worth mentioning that about 37 Union Ministers visited Jammu and Kashmir to take stock of the ground truth and discuss various schemes related to development. On the other hand, a government official confirmed the report submitted by the Union Ministers and said that more than 30 ministers have submitted their report to the Ministry of Home Affairs, which has been forwarded to the PMO. The official has said that the report mainly mentions how welfare schemes are being implemented there.

Apart from this, what issues should the Central Government and Union Territory Administration focus on. It is clear that the Union Ministers visited Jammu and Kashmir on the instructions of PM Narendra Modi. These included Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Sports Minister Kiran Rijiju, Union Minister of State for Home Kishan Reddy and Nityanand Rai.
