New Delhi: A brother shot his own cousin sister after a dispute broke out during a marriage ceremony in Ambedkar Nagar in the national capital. The incident is said to have taken place on February 9, when a 36-year-old woman was injured in a bullet injury during a wedding ceremony. The bullet hit the woman's leg, after which she was rushed to the hospital.

According to the information, the woman was shot when she was trying to resolve the dispute. However, Priyanka has not been able to do what caused the controversy. Giving details of the incident, the police said that the woman had come as a guest at the ongoing marriage ceremony at the park in the Madangir area. At around 4 pm, the woman's cousins got into an argument, which the sister was trying to resolve. 

During this time, the cousin opened fire which hit the woman's leg. The name of the accused is said to be Lokesh, who has been arrested by the police after the incident. A case has been registered against Lokesh under Section 307 of the IPC and the Arms Act and sent to jail.
