New Delhi: The day-to-day decline in corona infection cases is a relief for Delhi's residents. For the first time, more than 1,000 new corona cases have been registered in Delhi during the second wave of epidemic. Meanwhile, the government has once again announced to unlock Delhi in a phased manner.

CM Arvind Kejriwal, who arrived at Chhatrasal Stadium to inaugurate drive-through vaccination, said on Saturday that 'About 900 new cases of corona virus have been registered in Delhi in the last 24 hours. As the cases come down, we will unlock Delhi further. CM Kejriwal lauded the support of the people of Delhi and the efforts of doctors for the declining cases in Delhi. At the same time, he also said that we are not over the war against corona. We have to take full precautions further'.

Announcing the unlock process on Friday, CM Kejriwal said delhi has controlled the second wave of Covid-19 and now the process of gradually removing the lockdown will be initiated. He announced opening of factories and commencement of construction for a week from Monday. In Delhi, 1,141 new cases of corona virus infection were registered and 139 patients died on Friday. The rate of infection was 1.59 percent. Daily data has been steadily declining in Delhi.
