New Delhi: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national president Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday held a major meeting on corona vaccination. Kejriwal said that the Delhi government has completed all preparations and is fully prepared for vaccination.

There are 51 lakh people, including health care and frontline employees, who will be vaccinated in the first phase and the process of identification of all such people has been completed. He also said that we will need 1.02 crore doses of vaccine for the first phase of vaccination, as each person will get two doses. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal now has the capacity to deposit 74 lakh doses, which will be increased to Rs 1.15 crore within a week. State Health Minister Satyendra Jain and Health Secretary were also present at the meeting convened by CM Arvind Kejriwal on corona vaccine.

Kejriwal said that all these people are being registered. He said, "When the vaccine comes, the people who are registered will get the vaccine first. Those who are registered will be told through SMS to reach on this day for the vaccine. The government will inform the people of Delhi. '
