New Delhi [India], Dec 21 (NT): A Delhi court, today utters the judgment in the most controversial 2G spectrum allocation scam cases and found not guilty to Raja, Kanimozhi.

This Verdict of the Delhi court decided the providence of ex-telecom minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and a number of others.

This judgment is unlikely to be marked nearly seven years after the first detain was done by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in 2011.

One of the major swindles in India, the 2G spectrum case reasoned mammoth hammering of the public exchequer.

The 2G scam relates to the providing the grant of 2G spectrum license allocations in 2007-08 which reasoned, as per the report by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, thrashing of Rs. 1.76 lakh crore.

Special CBI judge O P Saini uttered the judgments in separate cases filed by the CBI and the ED in the 2G scam which flustered the Ex-Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and UPA government.

In 2G scam, two cases have been lodged by the CBI and another one by the ED.

The court has directed all indicts, together with Raja, Kanimozhi and others to give their attendance ahead of it tomorrow for the judgment. (NT)
