Delhi Medical Assistant Recruitment Drive 2021 Our For Filling 5000 Positions

Cm Arvind Kejriwal has made a big announcement keeping in view the pace of corona in Delhi. The Delhi government has decided to recruit a bumper medical assistant in the state keeping in view the protection from the third wave. Kejriwal said a total of 5,000 posts will be filled up. The online application process for the same has started from 17th June, 2021. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said this at a live press conference today. He said the Delhi government will make appointments to the posts of 5000 Community Nursing Assistants or Medical Assistants. The Chief Minister further said that the recruitment will be on first-come-first-served basis.

Educational Qualifications:-
Candidates applying for the post of Medical Assistant should pass class XII examination from a recognized board. At the same time, the selected candidates will be trained by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. These 5000 assistants will be given 2 weeks training in each of the 500 batches starting from June 28, 2021.

Age Limit:-
The age of candidates applying for the post of Medical Assistant should be 18 years.

Apply as:-
The government will accept online applications for medical assistant posts removed by the Delhi government. Eligible and interested candidates can keep an eye on the official portal of the Delhi government for more updates on the notification. The selected candidates will be trained in paramedics, life care, home care, vaccine injections and sample collecting among others.

Recruitments to help doctors and nurses:-
Candidates should ensure that the medical assistants admitted will only help doctors and nurses. They will not have the power to take any decision in the treatment of the patient. Eligible candidates are advised to keep an eye on the Delhi government portal for any update on the recruitment process and online application.
