New Delhi: A man has been arrested with a pistol at Jamia Metro station in the country's capital, Delhi. 5 rounds of cartridges have also been recovered from the person. According to the information given by the police, a person named Aamir Hamza Khan was arrested at Jamia station on Monday morning at 10.20 am.

The man had taken the pistol to Delhi's Jamia metro station where it was searched during a security check, in which a pistol was found from him. Security personnel have also recovered five rounds of cartridges from Aamir's possession. The CIF has handed over the accused to the local police. According to the information given by the police, Aamir Mawana is originally from Meerut. He currently lives in Jamia area and is studying in a private college in Noida Sector 62.
