New Delhi: The BJP is constantly attacking the Arvind Kejriwal government of the state regarding the liquor scam in Delhi. Now the leaders of the Delhi BJP have decided to write a letter to CBI in this regard. Demand will be made through this letter that the sting video released by the party a few days ago should be investigated and action should be taken accordingly.

It is noteworthy that a few days ago BJP leader Sambit Patra issued a sting. Through this sting, he had claimed that the father of one of the accused involved in the liquor scam had admitted to sending money to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi said in a press conference that all BJP MLAs of the Delhi Assembly have decided to write a letter to CBI. Through this letter, the CBI will be requested to investigate the sting operation related to the liquor scam. We will demand from CBI to take cognizance of this matter and take legal action.

Let us inform you that Sambit Patra had released the video claiming that this sting is from the mouth of a person who himself used to give a huge amount to Manish Sisodia. Sambit Patra had said that in the list of accused that the CBI has prepared, Sunny Marwah is at number 13, his father is Kulwinder Marwah, who tells in this video how the commission was swallowed. Sambit Patra quoted what was said in the sting operation that contractors and Arvind Kejriwal, Sisodia's friends used to get 80 per cent profit. Only 10 per cent of the revenue was received, the rest was given to friends.

Sambit Patra further said that 'Marwah Saheb said that we were taking shops in the raw colony, there are cheap shops, have taken 250 crores from us, 500-500 crores have been taken from big people. The situation was that in the liquor policy which was prepared, the commission of contractors was increased from 2 per cent to 12 per cent. They were getting benefits even after giving one with one bottle or two with one bottle. Marwah said that this money was not going to the government treasury. That is, it was going to Manish Sisodia.
